Hi, I’m Kim Englert, M.B.A. - Paralegal
Kim Englert, M.B.A.
Kim Englert became an invaluable member of my team in early 2023. Her journey before joining our firm is a testament to her extensive experience and commitment to excellence.
Background and Expertise:
Kim's legal career began over eight years ago when she served as a Corporate Paralegal and Executive Assistant to the General Counsel of TransUnion Title & Escrow Services. In this role, she managed complex responsibilities such as corporate governance, facilitating communication between the Board of Directors and General Counsel, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies, and handling intricate lease negotiations. Kim also took on the role of Assistant Corporate Secretary for four distinct corporations.
Kim's academic journey is equally impressive. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies/Geography from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). Following her passion for law, she pursued her Paralegal Certification through the UCLA Extension Program. To further enhance her knowledge and skills, Kim earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.
Beyond the Office:
When Kim isn't immersed in the legal world, she enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through workouts, immersing herself in live music, and cherishing moments with her four-legged companions, as well as spending quality time with her family and friends.
Kim Englert's diverse background and unwavering dedication make her a key asset in delivering exceptional legal support and service at Hayes Young Law.
